Frequent customers get additional discount for anything they buy at any quantity based on the following customer levels:

All new accounts start at level 1. Each time you login to your account, your account level is automatically adjusted based the recent average monthly purchases. You level up when you achieve the minimum monthly purchase for that level in any 30 days (1 month) period. Your level will go down 1 level only when you miss the minimum monthly purchase at current level for 180 days (6 months).
