Sales
Taxes and Reseller Licenses
For all transactions between Californian parties and TRADESTEAD USA, TRADESTEAD shall automatically charge
and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses
within California, unless a copy of reseller license is provided and verified
before the order is made. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all
sales taxes, customs taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any country.
Typographical Errors
TRADESTEAD
attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, TRADESTEAD does not warrant
that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete,
reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by TRADESTEAD itself is
not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product
information, TRADESTEAD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TRADESTEAD shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your payment made. If your have already made the payment for the
purchase and your order is canceled, TRADESTEAD shall immediately issue a full
refund or a credit to you.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against TRADESTEAD USA shall be
governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict
of law principles.
You agree that any legal action brought against TRADESTEAD Hong Kong shall be
governed by the laws of the Hong Kong without regard to its conflict
of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any
litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the TRADESTEAD sites shall
be an appropriate court in Hong Kong.
Children
TRADESTEAD does not sell products for
purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you
are under 18, you may use TRADESTEAD only with the involvement of a parent or
guardian.
