Recieved Item Damaged

Hi I just recieved 1 of this item to Malta today...I gave it to mum as a small present & she really loved it but as soon as we switched it on it showed a line from side to side of the screen :( What can I do please?? I was going to order another 1 but now I'm afraid of it!! :(

about the form of transmission .. for Brazil.

I wonder what will be the form of sending for Brazil? freight has value? what is the value? How long for delivery?
